Delivery of Creative Services

  • Timelines: Delivery timelines for creative services will be mutually agreed upon by the client and the talent before the start of the engagement.
  • Delivery Format: Services will be delivered as specified in the project agreement (e.g., digitally, in person, or via other agreed-upon methods).
  • Completion Confirmation: Upon delivery of services, both the client and the talent must acknowledge receipt and completion as per the agreed terms.

Payment to Talent

  • Payment Timeline: Talent will receive payment for services rendered within seven (7) calendar days after successful delivery and client acknowledgment of completion.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes related to the services delivered, payment may be withheld until resolution. Both parties are encouraged to communicate promptly to resolve any concerns.

Equipment Shipping Charges

  • Responsibility: If the delivery of creative services requires equipment to be shipped, any associated shipping costs incurred by the talent will be fully borne by the client.
  • Approval Process: Any such costs must be pre-approved by the client before shipment to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Receipts: The talent is required to provide receipts or invoices for the shipping costs as part of their reimbursement process.

Amendments or Adjustments

BreadButter reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and any updates will not affect ongoing engagements unless explicitly stated.
